How do I activate Pro after paying on Patreon?
After subscribing at the Coffee Supporter ($3) tier on patreon.com/akochan, return to wheelofitem.com/dashboard.html, sign in with Google, and click "Connect Patreon". You'll be sent to Patreon to confirm the link, then back to the dashboard — Pro features unlock immediately. The same Google account you use for sign-in is what carries your Pro entitlement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Patreon membership can be cancelled in your Patreon account settings at any time. You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period, then drop back to the free tier (your saved wheels stay, just capped to the free limit again).
Does Pro work across devices?
Yes. Pro is tied to your Google account, not the device. Sign in on phone, tablet, OBS, work laptop — all unlock the same instant the billing snapshot updates.
What payment methods are accepted?
Whatever Patreon supports — credit card, PayPal, and regional options vary by country. Billing is handled entirely by Patreon; wheelofitem.com never sees your card details.
Is there a free trial?
The whole site is free to use indefinitely. Pro is a one-step upgrade for the polish features — Pro themes, no ads, unlimited saved wheels & gachapon templates, donation-triggered streaming, and the Streamer dashboard. Try the free tier as long as you want first; the upgrade modal shows up only when you tap a Pro-locked button. If you want to evaluate Pro before paying, there's also a 30-day Pro free trial (one per Google account) — click "Try Pro free for 30 days" above.
Why Patreon for recurring and Ko-fi for one-time?
Patreon handles recurring memberships and lets us reliably check "is this person currently a member" via API — that's how the Pro entitlement works. Ko-fi is great for one-time tips if you don't want a subscription, but it can't be auto-checked for recurring status, so it doesn't unlock Pro features. Both are appreciated.
I have a Patreon, but it uses a different email than my Google account. Will linking still work?
Yes. The Patreon link step is a standard OAuth flow — you'll sign into your Patreon account directly during linking. The email mismatch doesn't matter; what matters is which Patreon account you confirm during OAuth. Your wheelofitem.com Google sign-in just identifies which Pro flag to flip.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Patreon under their refund policy. If something didn't work the way it should (Pro features won't unlock, billing weirdness), email [email protected] with your Patreon name and we'll sort it directly.
