What to write about

Bug reports — tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A browser name and a screenshot help a lot.
Feature requests — describe the use case, not just the feature. The "why" helps us prioritize.
Localization help — spotted a clunky translation in English, Japanese, or Thai? Send the page and the suggested wording.
Press / business — partnership, sponsorship, or media inquiries.
Privacy / data requests — see our Privacy Policy; data requests are handled via Discord (above).

Tip: If you're reporting a bug with a specific wheel, send us the share URL. The whole wheel is encoded in the link, so we can reproduce it instantly.

Response times

This is a small project run on the side. We aim to reply within 3–5 business days. If something seems urgent (security issues, broken site), put URGENT at the start of your message.
